The purpose of this exercise is to see how useful and accessible the selected on-site digital mediation practice is for possible replication or modification.

Step 3. Testing and evaluation.
Evaluation of the selected example of digital mediation takes place after the testing phase on the basis of:
- Questionnaires addressed to museum staff involved in the project
- Satisfaction questionnaires addressed to the testing target group, including people with special needs
- Testimonials from the museum staff and the target group
- Testimonials from external experts
The evaluation is the result of considering several important questions in the surveys:
- How does the implemented example of digital mediation practice correspond with the institution’s mission, profile and goals?
